 You can print / preview Owner / Creditor / Tenant and Sale Statements for any month, in any year for 7 years. That is without leaving the Statements area you can look at the current month or look at Year To Date or any month in this financial year. You also select from the previous years history selection area and do the same for this or any other year listed. So when an Owner says I require a copy of my Statements for August this year and September last year and April the year before and a copy of last years Annual statement.. it is dead easy to do. If the Owner/Creditor is setup for Email Statements when you print the statement a PDF 'copy' of the statement is produced and placed in the Sherlock RentalzPDF wizard area, ready for dispatch. Great for overseas owners and saving on postage charges. Gets them there quick.
