 You can now send SMS messages by selecting a message from the message gallery or write your own. You can send them to your Tenants, Owners, Vendors, Purchasers and Creditors using an SMS provider, Sherlock currently supports over 5 providers (Mobile Messenger, FoneLINC, Message Media, Fast Connect, ValueSMS).
There are many uses for SMS messaging, Property Inspection reminders, Overdue Rent reminder, Tradesperson Confirmation to proceed with repairs, Sales Vendor and Purchaser notifications plus many more.
